You can send your files to us via email or FTP. If the file size is below 5M , please send it by email. If the file size is over 5M , please send it via FTP.   

We can handle multilingual documents in English, Chinese (traditional & simplified characters), Japanese, Korean, French, German and Spanish, etc. We strongly suggest you to convert the final artwork to path if you are not sure whether we support the language required.  

We can support all file formats - Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Pagemaker, QuarkXpress in different versions.

We can handle files from desktop PC, Apple Macintosh and all postscript compatible documents.  

The file formats we generally support are JPG, TIF and EPS. As all our output devices support CMYK only, please transform your files to CMYK mode instead of RGB mode.

We have a wide range of imported materials available to cater for your different needs. Our media range includes bond paper, vinyl banner, perforated SAV, SAV (removable or permanent), Yupo, canvas etc.  

There is no limitation for digital printing to print in length, but the maximum width is 3 meters. If the size required exceeds the limit, we will print your job in separate sections and solder finally.  

Our advanced digital printers allow us to print at up to 2,100 dpi. However, we don't recommend you to print at such a resolution because it is rather time-consuming and the quality produced is similar with that at lower resolution.  

Our flatbed digital printing technology can print on different rigid materials such as glass, metal sheet, wooden board, acrylic sheet as well as wallpaper with full accuracy. It can create a series of textures and special printing effects which takes printing into the third dimension.  

You are required to provide the information in detail such as location (station), size, quantity, installation, launch date and dismantling date. Our project consultants will accompany you to have on-site visit and give you professional advice and technical knowledge on the project.  

• 30-day term is offered to our regular clients.
• For new customers, 50% deposit is required before the production begins; the balance should be made by C.O.D
